Help with installing ESXi and creating a RAID

Hey guys!

I just got some servers and am looking to start using ESXi. The server in question is an HP ProLiant DL360 G7. BIOS version is P68. I am trying to install ESXi with the ISO, but none of my drives are showing up there. Some research showed that I have to create a RAID in the BIOS somewhere, but I can't find it anywhere. How can I get to the RAID configuration menu?

EDIT: I may have solved it! I pressed Ctrl F to get into the ILO settings and then exited them, and spammed F8 as I got out. It loaded me into the RAID thing so I was able to create a RAID.
