Ideas to expand my starter homelab

I have started a very basic server for Jellyfin which is only available on my local network. The server is a i5 6500, 16gb ram and a bunch of drives and SSDs. Unfortunately it's WiFi only at the moment due to no wired connections until I get around to laying some CAT 6 cables around the house.
It's a Windows 11 box, running Jellyfin, is there any other suggestions or ideas anyone has or implementations you thought why did I not do this sooner!
