As the title says I got new CPUs XEON E5640 and 16GB RAM when I installed the CPUs and RAM the server will no longer boot it turns on and fans go to full blast then calm down just slightly but nothing ever happens on the monitor connected. I believe it has to do with BIOS but I am not sure. I also am unable to get to the web server because of a SSL_CERTIFICATE error I believe. At the moment it is powered down but I can get exact details about this error if needed. I have reinstalled the original CPU that it had when I got the server and it was working fine and was able to connect I had unRAID installed. But now even with the old CPU it still does same thing. Before switching back to original CPU I had tried to troubleshoot this issue and came across moving the jumpers for NVRAM to reset BIOS but this still did nothing. I believe this stopped my original CPU from working when reinstalled but again I am new to this. Please any help would be greatly appreciated as I have a huge paper weight and 3 CPU/ 10 sticks of RAM just sitting in my dining room.
