For the many years time Ive wanted my own gym at home and to be able to stop paying for memberships an dealing with the commonfolk at gyms. After moving out of the city and buying some property in the country, the opportunity has finally arrived to build one.
I have more rubber flooring on the way and plan to put up plywood and insulation on the walls in the near future. Going to remove the bench with the boxes and hopefully have room for the rower and an exercise bike. With the extra space and flooring, should be enough room to not have to pack stuff away to make room to get around in there.
Equipment for those who may care:
- Verve Satori Power RackVerve
- 20kg MAVRIK barbell
- No Gap Bench
- Spotter arms
- Plyo box
- Resistance bands
- Skip rope
- Nylon battle rope
- 8kg & 12kg deadballs
- 20, 15, 10, 5, 2.5, 1.5 @ 0.5kg plates
- Sumo 3kg-25kg hex dumbells
- Concept2 rower
Hope you like it.
