Hi, I live in a studio apt and usually go for a walk but where I live we get really bad weather most of the year (storms, wind, freezing cold), and due to health issues can't risk it. And today was the first day I couldn't go out because of that. I don't own a treadmill and also I can't jump up and down for an hour (not that I have the energy) because it will create too much noise. I'm looking for mild to moderate aerobic exercise for an hour, so I can burn the equivalent of walking I do for an hour each day (don't know how fast, it's a brisk pace, like 4 miles/hr maybe?), I guess that's mild-moderate level of activity.
Anyhow, any suggestions appreciated. I'm looking for consistency, something I can do each day.
