Question about effectiveness of this workout plan?

So due to recent events I have a lot of free time, but I have no equipment or access to equipment, not even a jump rope. My question is if simply doing a routine of push-ups, sit ups, squats, lunges, running, etc (pretty much any no equipment workout) be enough to give me any noticeable muscle improvement results, toned is what Iโ€™m going for. Iโ€™m kinda fat being 6โ€™ and about 200lb to give further context. My diet is not particularly unhealthy ( cook for myself and typically itโ€™s a meat, grain, and veggie or starch side), and I was thinking about doing this for about 2hours each day broke up into two one hour sessions. Iโ€™m more than open to any tips and advice as well
