Prescription shortages

I have crippling neuropathy and the only thing that works is suboxone. Recently they have not been having my prescription on time or only been able to give me a partial fill. In light of this I would like to be able to make my own medicine in case my supply is suddenly cut off for some reason. I have no quality of life without it and that’s if I survive withdrawal. I have no interest in selling or sharing or anything nefarious, just a patient who unfortunately needs opioids. Thanks for any help.
