what are the best consoles for emulating the following?

I want to get a console that can run emulators really well for a few systems in particular and was wondering which, if any, can I get to emulating all of the following:

N64, PSX, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast

If there's one that covers those and GameCube as well I'd love to hear it (but I feel that one makes it tougher). Any thoughts?

ADDITIONAL EDIT: Also looking at emulation consoles made by others online but didn't know if any are better than others or if some creators are more reliable than others? Any information on this I would be grateful for as well
