I am planning on installing Shelly 1L modules behind my UK light switches and setting them up in detached mode to control the on/off of my smart bulbs.
The bulbs I have are Kasa KL130 and although I know Shelly supports https control I don't know how to do this with the Kasa bulbs, so to act as the go between the shelly & bulbs, I am planning on using a hub.
The kasa bulbs state compatibility with Google, Alexa, & SmartThings. Google is a no because the routines can't be triggered by devices, but I believe Alexa & SmartThings could? Also potentially interested in Home Assistant however I'm looking for the cheapest option currently so probably an Alexa hub. Although I am open to ideas :)
SUMMARY: Basically can anyone confirm that Shelly in detached mode can trigger Alexa to turn on/off a compatible smart bulb?
(I am a newbie to smart home stuff, please be kind, I just want to control my lights by voice/app/switch without changing my physical switches)
