Hidden peephole camera?

I am looking for a peephole camera that A) doesn't replace the existing one and B) has nothing on the outside of the door, that would make it obvious that there is a camera. Also, ideally, it would allow for local recording.
I'm thinking of a camera designed to line up with the peephole on the inside of the door, and look through the peephole.
Does anyone know if there is any existing product out there for that?
