Honeywell Lyric LCP500

I have my lcp500 with a self monitor subscription through alarm grid who uses alarm 360 to allow me access to Total Connect 2. They turned HomeKit on allowing integration via hub to HA. Has anyone nixed the subscription for an integration that give full access on a mobile platform? I can’t get passed Honeywell requesting an apple pairing codethat will not populate.
