How can I get the current game from XBOX integration?

Before the integration became built-in I used to be able to get the current game fairly easily. However, now I can't seem to figure it out. The entity attributes don't seem to match up either.
This is what I see whenever I launch a game:
media_content_type: app
entity_picture_local: null
friendly_name: Xbox
icon: hass:microsoft-xbox
supported_features: 149385
Does this work for anyone else?
