Can H.A. use alexa/google to ask a question and listen for a response?

I would love to create an automation, preferably with google assistant, that when I leave a light on for 15 minutes, google assistant announces "do you want me to turn off the light" and if I say yes, it turns it off.
I know how to use the tts service to have it make the announcement, but how can I get it to listen to my response?
