Display energy used per room with floor plan add-on

I'd like to use this to actually gather the energy data from my electrical panel. This is hooked up to HA with ESPHome.
I'm vaguely familiar with floor plan plugins for HA. What would be the best way to bring the current energy data in to display it per room? In some cases, like the kitchen there are more than one circuit, so I would need, ideally, to display energy used over the fridge and oven, then an overall total.
Any ideas? I feel like this would be really useful.
