Type of light switch

Does anyone know what kind of light switch this is? It has that little symbol in the bottom left corner on the right switch and a blinking blue light. I just moved in and I'm not sure if that icon is to indicate that it's a motion sensor light or a Wi-Fi connected light. Some of the other smart devices in the house use Z-Wave so maybe it's that as well? And if so, If you know the brand maybe I can get it connected to home assistant.
