Bluetooth or other Wireless Blood Pressure monitor for HA

My doctor has asked me to start taking twice daily blood pressure readings, and report them to him on upcoming visits. While looking at BP Cuffs on Amazon I noticed that several had wi-fi and/or BlueTooth built in. This got me thinking... perhaps I could have HA do the recording automatically.
Has anyone have any ideas as to how or if this is possible? It would need to record both Systolic and Diastolic readings and ideally pulse rate.
