Manchuria run was bugged. Japan white peaced only nationalists and I had to beat them while fending off Japan. Once I beat the nationalists and communists plus one warlord and the other ones were vassalised no in game stuff to annex them and they cannot join wars as join war only shows the Japan war

My vassals are acting independent such as refusing to hand over territory or taking territory on their own etc and I am doing reduce subject focus but because of warscore it seems impossible to annex them for the achievement.
