When I do the between the seas focus for poland, every other country who germany declares war on (aka netherlands and belgium) automatically joins the faction and thus invites all my other allies into the war.
It's a bit bothersome as the only reason I do that focus is to stop romania and hungary from joining the axis and making Germany send troops to their borders. It's not a necessity but it makes things a bit easier to manage.
If a mod or anything of that sort remedies this please let me know as I'm not too faffed about achievements thanks.
There has been posts similar to this but none really answered the question.
