DCS Mission Editor - shuffle .ogg tracks on s radio freq?

I’m asking for a friend. He wants to create a radio station that any aircraft can tune into to listen to a large list of songs.
These have already been converted to .ogg and play fine if triggered.
What he wants to know is if it’s possible in dcs mission editor to have a large folder of these tracks and it will shuffle play them on a loop.
If so, how. Neither of us can work it out.
We want to avoid mods as it’s for a multiplayer mission for our squadron.
