Is the JF-17's GB-6 SFW affected by wind?

The weapon was dropped in PP mode and my actual PP way point was directly on the target but by time the sub munitions were falling it looked like they had drifted some 50m from the target only hitting a few launchers. Do you have to correct for wind or something?
