Hi,

I’m very new to DCS (got it yesterday) but experienced with other flight simulators and have some questions.

1) Is there a big difference between steam version or the downloaded version? I currently have the steam version, is there a way to use the free trial on modules? If not thinking of switching to the downloaded one.

2) Any good resources for setting keybinds? Specifically have turtle beach velocity flight stick, if anyone is willing to share what keybinds they use I would appreciate it.

3) Help me pick a plane to buy. Bought the A10-A ($16 on steam) and had a blast learning to fly and use the weapons.

Trying to narrow down between F16-C, F/A18-C, or A10C. Leaning towards to F/A18-C but would like some opinions on what plane is easier to fly/learn with wide capabilities. Not dead set on these planes either.

4) Lastly, any recommendations on resources to learn the game/plane would be appreciated.
