Question for those who play roller and ice
Post Body

Do you wear the same skate model for both? I’ve always worn Vapors for roller, and most recently I bought some XR500s and those fit like a glove after baking. No pain at all even on the first skate, I can go for several hours and not really get sore. When I first started learning to skate on ice, I had my foot scanned and got put into some S27s. They feel decent (my toes brush the end, don’t really feel any pressure points) but I always get some foot pain even after I had been skating twice a week in a learn to skate class. Obviously the surfaces are different and skating is a bit different between the two, so just wondering if I’m maybe just not used to being on ice moreso that having an equipment issue.
