I've tried pretty much every skate, had Bauer Supremes, Graf, and now in 2016's CCM tacks. None have ever felt right so decided to go with True's.
I live on Long Island and work in the city 1 or 2 days a week. They have a store in there most New Yorkers will know Westside Skate and Stick. They were one of the first American stores to carry the VH. I also have a pure hocke by me. My question is has anyone got them done at pure hockey? Or should I go with the store that has specialized in making them the last few years? Just trying to figure out if there's any difference between how stores are doing them or is it pretty standard.
TL;DR - want true skates, should I get them at a specialty store or pure hockey?
