Back story to the incident, playoff game for beer league. We go up 4-3 with under 5 minutes to go or so. I took a boarder line interference call and felt the guy laid down pretty easy. So as I skated over to the box I pretended to give him an Oscar and some chirps ensue.

So as I am sitting in the box, one of our smaller players probably around 5'7. He tries to lift a bigger guys stick, his stick rides up and hits him in the face. He is wearing a box lacrosse/Dominick Hasek style Mask, gets furious and says "In my fucking face?! REALLY?!" He then proceeds to crosscheck the little guy in the back hard. This guy was about 6-6'2 about 220 . So one of our guys steps in for him and they start to go at it. Refs finally get them separated and this is were it gets crazy.

The guy on the team other skates over gets his stick but is carrying it by the blade. He skates passed our bench and acts like his is going to skate passed and hit people with the but end like the Bash Bros in Mighty Ducks. He misses the first few and ACTUALLY CONNECTS WITH TWO GUYS! They grab his stick, hold him, and try to pull him into the bench. Guys on my bench rush to that end and start throwing punches, guys from the ice skate over, and guys from the other bench near the incident are throwing punches. Finally all gets broken up and the Goon literally asks "why am I getting thrown off I didn't do anything."

It is a double elimination tournament, so they play again Sunday and if they win, we will have to play them again.

TL;DR: Little guy gets a stick up on a bigger guy, fight happens, after fight picks up his stick and skates by hitting guys on the bench in the head with the butt end while skating by.
