Explosiveness Training

Hey fellow hockey players! So I've been trying to keep up my activity off the ice with the stuff from Workout Wednesdays (mostly hockey lunges and core exercises).
After some skating and shooting around today I still feel i'm lacking that explosiveness in my game, especially from a standstill. Are there any at home exercises I can do with very little equipment? I've searched around and found mostly stuff that required weights.
