I have a highly skilled player that couldn’t afford the travel league so the family settled playing house. There’s a large gap between him and some of the other players. Long story short. I’m Having trouble finding him a good wing man. ( maybe I’ll put him on defense ) But his parents reached out to our travel team and said sorry our roster is set. I know I’m not going to make Every parent happy but. What are some things I can do to help the kid. He’s a great kid with an outstanding hockey iq. Just trying to do my job as developing these Kids. Thanks
