Not sure here the best place to post. I’m looking to start a hockey rink complex around Toronto.

Here is what I seen through out my time visit lots of rink, lack of amenities ranging from shop not opening at the start of drop in program, restaurent in rink don’t open until afternoon, not enough rink attendant. As well in the east of Canada, not enough rinks with other amenities like fitness center, or another sports. Only found that more in the west provinces.

Here what I’m looking to offer: - finding space that big enough for 4-5 rinks complex with a pro shop, restaurant and fitness center

• fitness center will cater to adults, youth, local teams and private. There as well workshop through our nutrition office.

• pro shop plan to open once the first afternoon drop in begins until last league game.

• rental, permit (ie long term), school team etc

• in addition to rink I’m as well looking to open a soccer field attached.

• Drop-in pass / membership to fitness and hockey etc.
