Instruction for older experienced beer leaguer

Feel like my bag of tricks is exhausted and I’m interested in transitioning my game to a style that fits my older (46 years old but still in good shape) frame.
I’ve always been more of a hybrid goalie since I started playing in the 90s. And interested in newer techniques without wrecking myself.
Thoughts? Midwest US-based
Edit: I also coach youth goalies in the area and want to pass on some of the modern skills being taught
