Long Waiting Time for Chamax Group Breaks?

I purchased a 18-19 SPX break slot from Chamax Cards, way back in July. I bookmarked it, and 6 months later it still has 20 slots to sell before it's opened. Geezus, at this pace, it's gonna be opened around Christmas 2032. Is this normal for group breaks?
