Do you think these cards will have a Celebrini tax similar to the Bedard tax?

No, Celebrini isn't in the same tier as Bedard in terms of hype coming in. Wax prices should not be as high as 2023-24 products. Celebrini himself I would imagine his pricing will be a bit lower than where Bedard is by the end of the season.

Since Covid the price has usually started at $150 CAD, and then a few months after it discounts closer to $120-130.

The hobby as a whole has gone down from the bump it experienced during Covid. I wouldn't expect retail prices to stick for the most part without discounts aside from this current Bedard crop. We've seen 2021-22 and 2022-23 products experience sharp discounts in the months after a release.

The Sharks will be bad still but they've added enough talent that they shouldn't be a walkover by January. I think at a glance he's in a better situation than when Jack Hughes had his 1st season with the Devils, but we'll have to see the adjustment to the NHL. The league is higher scoring now, and he has Eklund coming off a good season along with Smith debuting as well.
