Due to an odd occurrence in the universe, your team's coach has now retired. There is now a huge gaping hole where your leadership should be. (or maybe there isn't, maybe you're actually happy they are gone.)

This is an all out pick, meaning:

• You can pick any coach from any league (NHL, Minors, NCAA, world leagues). *You can also pick anyone else in the league. Another player, another assistant coach, a general manager, hell even the Zamboni driver is up for grabs!
• You can't rehire the one you currently have that has suddenly retired.
• You can pick alive or dead.
• Would like justification, but not required.
