In the last few months there have been quite a few times where open letters in different hockey subreddits have been written/addressed about home team fans being aggressive/hateful to visiting team fans.
Also not as much, a couple times words have been written about how nice people were to the visiting fans.
So yeah, we love our teams. But here are my questions:
*Whose fan's are the nicest to visitiors?
*Whose fan's are the nastiest to visitors?
*Whose fan's just don't seem to care?
*Was there a certain time/place you remember seeing something that just shake/nod your head when attending/watching a game?
.
And yes, this can include teams that no longer exist, arenas that have been torn down, and era's of hockey that were stronger than others. Sometimes one particular player (as we know) can invoke uniquely strong emotions at certain times. Sometimes it's even the building that you team plays in that has a vibe that makes you feel.... different.
Dig deep, people, for it's the stories of our stoic histories that make the NHL what it is!
