Conditions on #Flyers/#Oilers pick swap: Edmonton will convey its 2025 first-round pick to Philadelphia unless it is in the Top 12, in which case it will slide to 2026. In other words: it’s a Top 12 protected pick. PHI has three first-rounders next season.

No one has the details on this yet. I would assume Oilers choice of when to covey the pick since that would allow them to maintain a 2025 1st as a trade chip still at the Deadline.
