I am having a crisis about a seemingly easy thing: separating work and personal stuff. I got a Cousin Avec for my PhD and TA stuff and an A6 Original for Personal stuff (write about my day, goals & health tracker etc.). So far so good.
What I'm now wondering about: how do you deal with doctor's appointments, meetup with friends, training etc.? Do you note them down in your work journals at all or do you simply block out the times in those so you know when you are unavailable? How do you separate work and personal life?
