X overstepping issue on X-8 2200
Post Body

Heya, Iโ€™m on a frc robotics team and we have a omio CNC X-8 2200 using Mach 3 and our CAM is made and g-code processed on fusion 360 using the processor Mach3Mill. And on our X- axis we are having issues when we are doing a proccess of cutting holes on a straight line path the beginning hole to edge is accurate. Then on the other end of our 27 inch piece itโ€™s of by .040โ€ or 40 thousandths. Are their any tips could it be our CAM? Our machine itself? We keep running into this issue and have no one with any real knowledge on these machines or cncโ€™s in general any help or insight would be much obliged and very helpful.
