Rubbish dumping

I’ve noticed recently a lot of rubbish being left around, side of the road, parks. I’ve just walked behind the Berriedale bay reserve near Mona and it has been absolutely trashed with soft drink cans and bottles, fast food packaging, random bags of prawns and fish fillets, even a full front bumper of a car was left there.
What is going on? I feel like there is a real noticeable amount of trash just being left around and it’s sad to see it in particularly bush land and near water ways.
