Seeking swimming wetsuit advice.

Hey everyone,

I am thinking of changing from lap swimming in the pool to swimming in the bay and I’m looking for some advice on swimming wetsuits. Obviously the water temp at the moment is good but I’m thinking ahead to the cooler months.

How much would I need to spend to get a good quality wetsuit and does anyone have any brand recommendations or any other general advice that might help me with the process of choosing one?

Totally new to me coming from the pool and would love some input to help get me out of the chlorine and into the salt.

I’m a male, 6”1 and 85kg and I would be swimming in the Channel if that info is of any use.
