it’s my one day off this week, im going in and tossing all trash and all things i haven’t used the past 6 months. honestly i might not have hoarding disorder but rather just severe depression and cptsd; that makes it hard just to go about my days. but i realize a lot of anxiety comes from the state in which i live. i can’t see my floors and i live in trash and whatever random stuff in this abyss. so im just gonna toss it all. also i will try to get into therapy soon, but in the meantime what are good practices that help? i geninuely want to turn my life around i barely got the energy to do anything ; so as much as i wanted to donate and sort through things i can only get rid of stuff. any advice for me is appreciated and welcomed.
