Industrial Revolution lesson plan help

I decided to do the IR for Praxis. First lesson is intro , second lesson is inventions. I’m trying to keep it to 3 lessons. Any hints what the last lesson should be and its objective. It’s for 7th grade. I was thinking of focusing on child labor and reforms but can’t think of a good assessment for it. If you think I should do the effects of the IR , I can choose that instead, but again it’s the objective and assessment I’m having difficulty pinning down in a 45 min time span
