Help with edTPA topic

I am about to have a meltdown. Long story short, with a bunch of mess ups, I learned recently my edTPA will be in middle school social studies. What lesson would you do? Something that will show a bit of partner work, engagement? I keep going through different topics in my head and get overwhelmed because I get bogged down that it’s a smidgen of what I show. If you’ve done the edTPA you might know what I’m talking about. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. This would be for World History topics
