How long for customer service to reply?

I just bought a Hismith machine. It finally got here, but the dildo I ordered isn’t with it. I’ve messaged customer service, but haven’t heard anything from them. How long does it normally take them to reply? The dildo cost $75, so I would really like to have it. Any information will be appreciated!
UPDATE: Never mind. They responded. Apparently it was shipped separately, which I find a little silly but…
