I'm looking for quotes, but I do have a budget in mind. I'm attaching a pic I commissioned previously, I'd like to match the style as they're in the same series. For reference the piece I commissioned was $100 so if you're not charging under $200 then don't reach out that's out of my budget anyways. Below I shall give a description of what I want drawn, I'll give more when we start working together obviously.

The background is a medieval noble mansion after a natural disaster. There's a large window on the back wall it's got a shattered section like something crashed through it. In front of the window a desk and chair sits. The desk is in two pieces like it was split by some bladed weapon. The floor has puddles of water here and there, light water damage can be seen on the walls, floor, and desk. A fifteen year old girl sits on the floor in front of the desk wearing a short blue dress with a white collar, the water sendy to come from her. Her hair is blonde as it falls in front of her face as it's wet and messy. There is a golden card in her hands that she is staring at. Beside her to the right sits a young twelve year old girl she has her back to the first girls shoulder and is staring upwards. She has golden eyes and orangish red hair with Fox ears and a tail. Her clothes are ragged street clothes, she has a bruise on her cheek and is holding her wrist as her left hand is bloody and broken. On the opposite side of the first girl is a third girl, eighteen in age, mirroring the position of the second. She is white haired with red eyes and goat horns, she's wearing a purple, blue, and gold school uniform with a mage’s robe hanging off her shoulders. She has her hands down at her sides palms flat on the ground as she looks up at the sky. Her back is against the first girls left shoulder.

The girl in the middle is drenched in water, the girl on the right is dirty and bloody like she's been in a rough fight, and the girl on the left is clean and neat looking like she is ready for school.
