Want to visit temple as a Muslim

So there’s this new temple that opened where I live. It’s pretty big and looks nice. I have some surface level knowledge of Hinduism and have always been interested to learn more about it.

Would I be allowed in? Any etiquette I should know about before visiting? Also best time/day to visit?

Update: I called and the man answering was really nice and said I’m welcome to come even after I said my name (Muslim name). He was really nice and told me Arti timings. So I think I’m gonna go tomorrow. Thanks for the advice everyone.
