Hello fellow hikers! Im very new to hiking, last sunday was my first hike and it was 12 miles. Tomorrow is going to be my next hike, its prob gonna be around 15-20 miles.
Anything different i should do today? I usually workout (walks, swim, bike) almost everyday but I skipped it today. I usually walk 10 miles a day because i dont have a car and pretty much walk everywhere, but im thinking to have a chill day today. What do you usually do before a hike? Can i still do my usual long walks or is it better to rest? Cuz imma see my dog today and i reallt wanna take her on a long walk lol. Ty!
