I am a female human who has been hiking for most of my life and relatively recently, started wearing buffs to keep my hair back and soak up all that sweet, sweet forehead sweat.
I've noticed I get wicked headaches after wearing them for more than an hour or so but I really like what buffs and hats do for me during hiking, of course, but it is a recurring problem I've had. I also work in a kitchen and have to wear a hat or a headband (think fabric, not plastic. Similar to a buff but not as big) and almost everything I've tried gives me these headaches. I've tried wearing the headband or buff on different places on my head and I've tried wearing looser fitting hats but the problem persists.
Surely there must be other people experiencing this or something similar. Any insight on how to avoid this problem without completely giving up hats and headbands/buffs?
