Two days ago, a young woman and her boyfriend of nearly two years broke up. They had had a photo of them together in their profile pictures, alongside each other’s name in the caption of their account. Both now have blank profile pictures. Both are 19, almost 20.
About 14-15 days ago, the young woman was told by someone that a person (a former friend of hers) was impersonating her on their social media account, asking if she was “fat” and if she was “above average.” The former friend had also temporarily created an Instagram account wherein they called her “thin lipped” and made fun of her weight - they texted one of her friends from high school (who she follows, and who follows her back) making fun of her. The young woman changed her Instagram username to “user” (lots of numbers following this) afterward.
The young woman is extroverted, white-passing, and now simply has “user” (lots of numbers after) as her profile username, a blank profile pic, no caption, and has deleted all 3 of her posts. The guy only deleted one. They started dating toward the end of 12th grade.
