Putting a later of Kief on your bowl is like icing on a cupcake.

A cupcake with no icing is still edible and pretty good. But icing on a cupcake makes it so much better. Just like a bowl of herb by itself is good, but that layer of kief makes it so much better. I may start calling it Highcing.
