Y'all do realize not all cameras use IR illuminators, unless it does they wont "glow" with the lights off. (source 10 years installing cctv including hidden/discrete cameras) example of one without IR attached. Also dont use phone apps you wont find anything. everything in homes give off rf and phones cant tell between a light/router next door/microwave 2 doors down/ etc etc etc and a camera
