Heya, I've been lurking here for a bit, but never contributed. I've learned about HFO trough porn, and later discovered GWA. I've experimented with that quite a bit, but never seriously committed to achieving an HFO. Often the urge gets too strong, and I just help myself.

What, to you, are the benefits of a HFO over a regular one? Are they purely pleasure related, or are there also other benefits? And what about the downsides, if any?

I'd love to hear your experiences, and maby they can also help me commit to this more.
