How to monitor AX / AMD processor temperatures?

Hello, first thread here.
In the past, I always had Intel servers, temperature monitoring via sensors was easy, but I recently made a switch to an AX51-NVMe (first time trying AMD for anything, even my Desktop is Intel) and I see some issues regarding clock speeds on a fair load. It can be due to temperature throttling but how can we monitor CPU core temperatures?
sensors command doesn't show anything, am I into some driver issues here or AMD doesn't reveal core temperatures?
